How to Return a Product

The returned product must be unused and unchanged, i.e., in fully resalable condition, including the original packaging.

Contact our customer service so that we are aware of the return and can expect the product back.

Ensure that the products and sales packaging are in fully resalable condition.

Include the return form with additional return details.

Pack the products in the original packaging and ensure they are protected with durable shipping packaging.

Use the Matkahuolto or Posti contract number (see below) for the return and drop off the package at a service point.
