Terms & Conditions lyhyesti

1. All online store prices include applicable VAT (excluding wholesale store).
2. Tuotteillamme on 14-day return policy. Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
3. We process your order on business days within 1–4 business days . Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
4. If an incorrect or defective product has been delivered, please notify customer service immediately.
5. We are not liable for delivery failures due to force majeure situations.

We always aim for the fastest possible delivery. When products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If store pickup was selected, we will notify you when the product is ready for collection. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice the delivery time is longer than normal.

We offer our customers fast and affordable delivery options. Our shipping partners Matkahuolto and Posti deliver packages throughout Finland in 1–2 business days.

Toimitus Matkahuollolla

MH Pickup Package: Pickup from your chosen Matkahuolto service or package point (incl. K-stores, R-kiosks, Tokmanni), with nearly 2,000 locations nationwide.

MH Home Delivery: Delivery directly to your home or workplace, typically the next business day between 8am–4pm.

Toimitus Postilla

Posti Parcel Locker: Pickup from your chosen Posti parcel locker. You will receive an arrival notification and locker code by SMS.

Posti Home Package: Delivery directly to your door at an agreed time. Posti will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

Rahti

For large or heavy products, we use separate freight. We select the most suitable option through our partners (Posti, Schenker, Kaukokiito).

Store Pickup

You can pick up your order from our Nivala or Pirkkala stores on weekdays 9am–5pm. We will notify you when the order is ready for pickup.

Klarna Checkout

Our payment processing is handled through Klarna Checkout service provided by Klarna Group. The service makes shopping fast, flexible, and secure. Available payment methods include invoice, installments, online banking, and debit/credit cards.

Paytrail-maksupalvelu

The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Privacy Policy

All our products (excl. gift cards and other intangible products) have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unchanged, i.e., in fully resalable condition, including the original packaging. Please notify our customer service in advance about the return.

Note: We do not cover shipping costs for products returned contrary to these instructions.

RST-Steel Oy follows the defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978). Additionally, we provide our products with a 12-month warranty, covering material and manufacturing defects (excluding halogen and filament bulbs). If a product's warranty period differs, it is separately mentioned on the product page. The warranty period begins from the date on the receipt.

In warranty cases, the product is sent to us for inspection and is usually replaced with a new one if the warranty claim is valid.

The warranty does not cover product misuse, customer-modified products, installation errors, failure to follow instructions, or damage caused by other improper actions. Warranty replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

When the goods are in the customer's possession, RST-Steel Oy is not liable for damage caused by the goods to: a) real or personal property or consequences thereof, b) products manufactured by the buyer or products containing the buyer's products.

RST-Steel Oy is not liable for illegal use or installation of products. RST-Steel Oy is not responsible for any incorrect product information provided by manufacturers.

Product Use and Installation: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the product's suitability for their intended use and to comply with laws, regulations, and safety requirements related to product use and installation.

All complaints related to orders or deliveries should be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to our customer service.

The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time. Order cancellation must be reported to our customer service. We aim to notify customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. RST-Steel Oy reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the customer.

RST-Steel collects information about its customers and online store users to provide the best possible service experience. Customer data is used for delivering secure services and improving customer service quality and the online store. RST-Steel Oy respects customer privacy and uses collected personal data only for the purposes stated in the privacy policy.
